Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates. We don't ship outside the UAE at the moment.
Delivery charges
- All emirates: free delivery on orders of AED 150 or more.
- Orders under AED 150: AED 15 in Dubai and AED 30 to the other emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah).
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
We offer next-day delivery across the UAE on working days. We don't deliver on UAE weekends or public holidays; orders placed on those days are delivered on the next working day. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier, who will contact you to arrange delivery; supplier deliveries to remote or semi-remote areas outside the main city limits can take up to 5 working days.
We make every effort to deliver on time, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If there is a problem with your delivery, we'll contact you.
Receiving your order
Your order is delivered to the address you give at checkout. Our delivery partners may ask the person receiving it to show an original ID (Emirates ID, passport, driving licence, labour card or free zone ID).
If you place more than one order, each may appear as a separate charge on your card statement.
