These terms apply to your use of www.rawhoney.ae and to all orders placed with Raw Honey ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Raw Honey will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the UAE.
Acknowledgement of order
Once you have placed your order through the website, you will receive an Acknowledgement of Order by email with the details of your order. This acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. After sending the Acknowledgement of Order, Raw Honey will carry out its usual security and anti-fraud checks before processing your order. Please review these terms carefully when you receive it.
Confirmation of order
When your order is shipped, following completion of our anti-fraud and security checks, Raw Honey will send you a Confirmation of Order by email. The Confirmation of Order is our acceptance of your order and creates a binding sales contract.
Registration
To use some features of this website you will need to register. When you register, the information you provide about yourself must be true, accurate, current and complete. If any of your registration information changes, please let us know at info@rawhoney.me. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Your account password should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Raw Honey immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Eligibility to purchase
To make purchases on the website you will need to provide your personal details, in particular your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information. You must also provide payment details that you confirm are valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person named in the billing information. Raw Honey reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or address. By placing an order, you authorise us, where we consider it necessary, to verify your identity and payment details and to carry out appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information you provide may be shared with a fraud prevention agency for this purpose.
Payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include debit and credit cards, PayPal, Tabby (pay later) and cash on delivery.
Refunds and cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may be available in limited quantities. They can be returned or exchanged only according to our Returns & Refunds policy. We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible; as honey is a natural product, colour and texture can vary from batch to batch, and we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours accurately. We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any product we offer. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this website is void where prohibited.
Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our website, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
General
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as a user of this website or to make transactions on it.
- When you pay for products on our website, your payment details are sent directly to our payment provider over a secure connection.
- The cardholder should keep a copy of transaction records and of these terms and policies.
