100% raw wildflower honey and propolis, never heated or pasteurised. Milky with flecks of dark brown, with a vanilla-sweet honey base and propolis's distinctive resinous, slightly medicinal edge. Propolis has been studied for its natural antibacterial and antioxidant compounds and is traditionally taken to support immunity and soothe sore throats.

How to enjoy
A daily spoonful, taken on its own, is the simplest way to enjoy it; its resinous character makes it more of a wellness honey than an everyday sweetener. Can also be stirred into warm (not boiling) water or tea. Avoid if you are allergic to bee products. Not suitable for babies under 12 months.
