It comes from ancient Sidr trees in Wadi Do'an, a steep valley in Hadramout, where the trees bloom for only a few weeks each year. How to Use
Take a spoonful straight from the jar, stir into warm (not boiling) water or tea, or drizzle over labneh, cheese, dates and desserts. Store at room temperature with the lid closed; there's no need to refrigerate. Crystallisation is natural and reverses if you stand the jar in warm water. Not suitable for babies under 12 months.
